One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other one has 2 single beds. The two sofas in the living-room make the fifth and sixth accommodation.
These 3 rooms have separate air conditioning units.
A satellite TV set and a stereo system with CD player are in the living-room. One of the bedrooms has a second satellite TV set.

The telephone works with the standard Greek pre-paid cards, incoming calls are free.

Furthermore there is a washing-machine, a safe deposit box, a First Aid kit, iron and board, and a hairdryer. The house also has an alarm system.
Baby cots will be provided on request.
In wintertime, a central oil heating system provides a comfortable dwelling climate.
Solar warm water supply with auxiliary electric heating, in wintertime connected to the central heating system.
